Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
